Woman Experiences renews its collaboration with UN Women
Woman Experiences begins a new chapter of collaboration with UN Women, using art and cultural experiences to promote gender equality and the prevention of violence against women and girls.
Alfonso Durán Durán, founder of Woman Experiences and representative of Arts Música y Producciones, S.A. de C.V., is advancing this new chapter of collaboration with UN Women. The renewed Communications and License Agreement is between UN Women and Arts Música y Producciones, the entity responsible for Woman Experiences.
The renewal aims to sustain and strengthen the collaboration between Woman Experiences and UN Women, using art and cultural experiences to raise awareness, promote gender equality, amplify women's voices and contribute to preventing violence against women and girls. This framework allows the development of communications proposals and activities linked to International Women's Day, the 16 Days of Activism and CSW, subject to the relevant agreements and approvals.
Woman Experiences by Frida Kahlo offers a theatrical and sensory journey combining performance, images, music and memory to bring audiences closer to the artist's story and open spaces for reflection.
The agreement concerns a communications and awareness campaign. The collaboration does not mean that Woman Experiences represents UN Women or that UN Women commercially endorses its products or services.
In Madrid, programming takes place at Live Art House, Paseo del Pintor Rosales, 30. Sessions, visit options and availability can be consulted through each location's booking channels.

Founder and professional journey
Alfonso Durán Durán
Business vision, cultural reach and a commitment to preserving heritage.
An entrepreneur and cultural manager, his career is distinguished by his work as manager of the Kahlo family and an authorised collaborator of the Casa Azul–Frida Kahlo Museum Trust. He serves on the Kahlo family's board for the protection of its collection and is the creator and founder of Casa Kahlo, the family collection museum, dedicated to preserving and sharing the legacy of Frida and Cristina Kahlo.
He is the founder of Woman Experiences, an initiative with a collaboration agreement with UN Women and an institutional reference at United Nations Headquarters in New York.
As president of DMG Foundation, he promotes art as a tool for social transformation and collaboration with Scholas Arts, linked to Scholas Occurrentes, an organisation promoted by Pope Francis, through an agreement signed at the Vatican.
He began his career in private banking, bringing his financial expertise to the management and international expansion of artistic projects. He has served as business manager for Joaquín Cortés, Los Vivancos and Pitingo, and contributed to Sara Baras's international strategy and development, among other artists.
